What type of photography do you specialize in?
I specialize in architectural photography and cinematic video for luxury real estate, interior design, and commercial spaces. Each project is approached with the goal of capturing the emotion and purpose behind the design.

Where are you based, and do you travel?
I’m based in Naples, Florida, and frequently work throughout Southwest Florida and beyond. I’m available for travel anywhere the project requires.

How do I book a shoot?
Reach out via the Contact Page with some details about your project. Once we discuss the scope, goals, and timeline, we’ll lock in a date with a 40% retainer.

What is your turnaround time?
Most projects are delivered within 5–7 business days. If you have a specific deadline, let me know—I can often accommodate rush needs.

Do you offer video as well?
Yes. In addition to photography, I offer cinematic video production for real estate, branding, and commercial use. Let me know if you’re interested in combining both services for a more robust media package.

What’s included in the final delivery?
You’ll receive fully edited, high-resolution images (and/or 4K video) delivered via a private downloadable gallery. Commercial licensing terms are outlined based on your intended usage.

What usage rights come with the images?
Usage rights are based on the scope of your license (web, print, commercial, editorial, etc.). Extended licensing or shared usage across firms (builder, designer, etc.) is available for an additional fee.

Can I share costs with others involved in the project?
Absolutely. Many clients—especially in architecture and design—share costs between parties.

Creative Fee
This covers the time, talent, equipment, and expertise I bring to the shoot. It also includes pre-production consultation and planning to ensure we’re aligned on your goals.

Post-Production
Includes editing, retouching, and final delivery of high-resolution images or 4K video. Every image is crafted to match the tone and intent of your brand or listing.

Licensing Fee
Pricing is based on how you plan to use the content—web, social, print, advertising, or editorial. Extended licensing for multiple parties (e.g., builder, architect, designer) is available upon request.

Retainer Policy
A 40% retainer is required to confirm all bookings unless otherwise discussed. This secures your date and allows pre-production to begin. The remaining balance is due upon delivery.

Travel & Location Costs
Projects outside the Naples/Fort Myers region may include travel or lodging costs. These will always be discussed upfront—no surprises.

Shared Cost Opportunities
Many clients choose to split the cost between project partners—builders, designers, architects, and real estate firms—who all benefit from professional images. I’m happy to facilitate licensing for shared use when applicable.
